The Web Forums and mailing list provide free community based support. Professional support is not free. A per-incident fee of $10 is charged to answer emails and phone calls. Contacts received without the fee may not be responded to.

Two email lists have been created:

General - Any DNS or NicTool related discussion
Subscribe - List - archives
Developers - NicTool development only
Subscribe - List - archives

Unsubscription information is in the footer of every message sent to the lists

Telephone

Telephone support is included with our Fully Managed Hosting Service and seperately under a support contract. Outside these support options, support calls are billed $10 per incident requiring up to 10 minutes or $75/hr.
